How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days. Customized products may take 10–15 working days.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on orders of PKR 5,000 or more. Orders below PKR 5,000 may have applicable delivery charges shown at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days, subject to Art Nova’s return conditions.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
Please contact Art Nova as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue so the matter can be reviewed.
Can I return a customized or personalized product?
Customized or personalized products may have different return conditions. Please contact Art Nova before ordering if you have questions about a customized product.
How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed through the original online payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.
